Between them Carlos and Elli have represented Brisbane and Australia as instructors and performers, locally, nationally and internationally in cities such as Puerto Rico, Madrid, Los Angeles, Barcelona, Sydney, New Zealand, India,Hong Kong.
Carlos and Elli are founders of Brisbane's premier Salsa academy, Latin Steps Dance Company. They have trained and developed some of Queensland and Australia’s key dancers and teams.
Calos and Elli are the current and undefeated Australian Salsa Cabaret Champions, 4 years in a row (2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011), qualifying to represent Australia in the World Latin Dance Championships.
Latin Steps Dance Company, is Brisbane’s most recognised Salsa dance school, with
professional, amateur and beginner level
teams of the highest standard.
Latin Steps is the current Australian Salsa Classic
Team Champions 20101 and qualifying
for the World Salsa Open, held in Las Vegas
