The evening was initiated by former QRCC President Elena Gosse and wholeheartedly supported by Natalia Morozoff, Boris Raiski, Svetlana Remington, Zhanna Harbachova, Viktor Tyukavkin, Irina Peshkoff, Olga Sudnitsin, Vladimir Khomenko, and current QRCC Committee leading by President Wayne Tilly.

Nikolai Dioumine

 

 

 

A virtuoso-violinist with very impressive artistic biography. During his career he had an opportunity to work Rudolf Nureyev - a Soviet-born dancer of ballet and modern dance, one of the most celebrated of the 20th century. Then there was another gift of the life to work with the greatest cellist of the second half of the 20th century, and one of the greatest of all time, Russian cellist and conductor Mstislav Rostropovich.

Maximo Dance Studio

 

 

 

Maximo Dance Studio also plays an important role in the Russian Community by helping preserve Russian culture, language and traditions abroad while respecting the Australian way of life. Maximo Dance Studio was established in 2004 and has students aged between 3 and 19 years old, with some students being members of Brisbane City Youth Ballet and Dance School of Excellence.

Latin Steps Dance Company is Brisbane’s most recognised Latin dance academy, training and developing dancers and teams in all street Latin styles.
